An opinion on opinions

Dear editors,

I recently read the ‘opinion’ piece by Stephanie Gemmati that talking about ACORN. Did she have any opinion in the story other than sharing it like it was a juicy piece of gossip. Reading the opinion piece, it sounded like the new story as I heard it in on news since the author failed to have any real opinion.

I’ll show you how to write an opinion piece by saying that as a person working in a newspaper your assistant news editor should know how to write an opinion piece.

Actually the piece about Acorn from Stephanie Gemmati was excellent! I think it touched on all of the key points that were relevant and later turned out to be true. Unless you just skimmed through it or didn't really understand what went on with the whole Acorn story, then you might have missed the point, which was: Acorn = Corruption!
